Del Sur

The Del Sur community is located in northern San Diego County.  It is immediately north of Santaluz, east of Fairbanks Ranch and west of 4S Ranch.  The community features 6 parks, 5 pools and 1000 acres of open space incorporating 18 miles of trails.  Still in development, Del Sur will eventually become home to over 2,500 families in homes ranging from condominiums to executive estate homes.

Del Sur is located in the award winning Poway Unified School District.
