What is it?

This is a great program, and very simple. We have partnered with most of the builders in San Diego County. They will pay us between 1% and 3% of your purchase price as a finders fee to bring you into their developments. Whatever they pay us, we give you one-half. As a bonus, in most cases we can credit the funds to you in escrow to reduce your closing costs, which lets you legally avoid paying income taxes on your half.

How does it work?

Fill out the form below letting us know how we can get in contact with you, what areas or developments you are interested in and when we can visit those developments together (if you have already registered at the development, this program does not apply – after all, we haven’t “found” you in that case). We will go to the developments with you, show you the models (we might know of other homes that will work that we can let you know about), sign the developer’s paperwork and you’re done. If you decide to purchase one of the homes, you will get the credit at closing or can take the cash after closing (the cash would be taxable).
