Scott Voak (Broker)

Scott earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and his MBA in Entrepreneurship from San Diego State. He obtained his Broker’s License in 1993 and has been practicing Real Estate in San Diego since 2001. He learned his client first and “give before you get” philosophy while running a start-up under San Diego’s leading entrepreneur, Sol Price (Price Club). He also served as Vice President of Land Acquisition for a Southern California Developer, an experience that helped prepare him for the investment side of Real Estate. He has extensive negotiating experience and has handled hundreds of transactions to the benefit of his clients.

Elidie Strouse-Takim (Broker’s Assistant)

Elidie is a native San Diegian and has been a licensed California Real Estate Agent since 1988. She has a degree in Criminal Justice from San Diego State. She has been a restaurant owner as well chauffer, cook, tutor, counselor and personal shopper (ie. mom).

Adriana Amon (Buyers’ Agent)

CA DRE# 01410556

Adriana was born in Colombia and raised in Venezuela. She has lived in San Diego since 1994. She has a B.A. in Business Administration, an MBA in Marketing and is bilingual (Spanish and English). She had extensive experience as a loan officer before becoming a real estate agent and therefore has great insights for her clients with regard to the financial end of the transaction. Adriana has lived in 4S Ranch for 6 years and is very involved in the community. She is a Founding member of the 4S Ranch – Del Sur Foundation and has occupied many positions in the organization. Adriana is easy to work with, sharp and full of energy. Furthermore she is extremely conscientious in her work and with her clients. She treats people the way she likes to be treated: with professionalism, respect and compassion. “Buying a home could be a very stressful experience and my goal is to transform that into a positive and unforgettable event.”

scott, i am interested the listing you have on winecrest. i think that we have met before. i believe that you showed my wife and i some houses some years back. i would love to see this listing as well. thanks, jeff bush

We had an open house this weekend that went very well. Not sure we will be holding it open again, but give me a call and we can try and set something up.
